Privacy Policy

Strong Building Systems, LLC ("STRONG," "we," "us") builds steel shops, garages, barns and barndominiums in North Georgia and the Southeast. This policy explains what we collect through strongbuildingsystems.com, our Live Pricing tool and our social media accounts, and how we use it.

What we collect

Info you give us: your name, email, phone, ZIP code or job address, and the building details you choose in Live Pricing or a quote form (size, doors, colors, how you'll use it, timing, land).
Messages: emails, calls, texts and social media comments or messages you send us.
Website use: pages visited, device and browser type, and general location, collected by cookies and tools from Meta (Facebook Pixel) and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records how visitors scroll and click so we can fix confusing pages.

How we use it

To give you a price, follow up on your building, schedule a site visit and prepare your proposal
To answer your questions and keep a record of our conversations
To improve our website, Live Pricing and our ads
To send occasional updates about our buildings; every email has a way to opt out

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Companies that help us run the business (email, website hosting, our customer system, cloud storage), only to do that work for us
Building partners on your project, such as the steel manufacturer, engineer or site-work partner, only when you move forward and only what they need
Anyone the law requires

Our social media posting tools

Our internal app posts videos and photos to our own Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok accounts. It does not access your accounts or post anything for you.

YouTube: we use YouTube API Services to upload videos to our channel. By viewing our YouTube content you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at Google security settings.
TikTok: we use TikTok's Content Posting API to post to our TikTok account. TikTok's own Privacy Policy applies on TikTok.
Facebook and Instagram: we use Meta's tools to post to our Page and Instagram account, read comments on our posts and reply. Meta's Privacy Policy applies on their sites.

The app stores only what it needs to post and to show how our posts are doing (views, likes, comments).

Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom, or reply "stop"
Block or delete cookies in your browser settings

How long we keep it

We keep project records as long as needed for your building, warranty, taxes and legal requirements. Leads who don't move forward can ask us to delete their info at any time.

Children

Our website is for adults planning a building. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
